create web pages, css is used to design it and javascript is for
client-side validation while php is for management of database.

(1) w3sc.com :- signup with them , they have tools for teaching like
"try it" buttons and example . they offer exercise at each end of
topic to test your html IQ(intelligent quotent).
(2)sitesbay :- they are also very amazing with detailed explanation
with simple and structured examples.they also offer try it buttons and
maybe an exercise(not always)
(3)html instructor/lecturer :- it is said that an interactive class
is more of a learning class, you will not only be taught html,but also
css(cascading style sheet)and javascript with php, questions are
treated and interaction takes place.learning is fast with small
project at end of each lesson.
